It's an old, wooden, top water, propeller bait.

not old imo, and probably better in South America than in KY or Canada.

is it collectable or valuable ? I posted some crap , i mean non used Muskie lures on Ebay in which there are 7 lures , the other 6 I'm sure have very little value , so I thought this might be the lure drawing all the attention , bidding and watchers are pretty high !

so any help with the value of the older woodchopper or the maker of the lure in the bottom pic ? I thought it was a homemade job.

I am guessing this might be the lure drawing attention, and saying that I am not sure of the maker of this thing, might be a saltwater lure/striper lure, by the body type, but the hook hanging and hardware similar to earlier tek neeks, post this pic on Joe's Old Lures and I am guessing maybe one of the saltwater collectors might recognize it.

I don't think a woodchopper would bring a whole lot. As far as I know, still quite available.

I finally found your lures on ebay and noted part of the excitement might be caused by the fact that there are almost no used lures on there right now and the entire offering seems to consist of everybodies off the shelf lures with a high shipping fee tacked on. I wouldn't get too excited about the attention these are getting, looks like it is near maxed out and you have barely gotten more money than the 6 chewed up baits someone else has offered down the row from you. I would think that spotted thing is the only interesting thing in the group but.........you are sending them out with a guarantee right?..................right?

I've looked for this thing at a couple lure sites, and can't find it. Have however seen feet like that before.

Is the spotted bait possibly an Ed Latiano??

My guess is also a woodchopper, but check out highroller also. The spotted bait looks like a saltwater popper, from the wire on it looks to be homemade.
