I last put gas in the tank in May. Always put MARINE STABIL. Ran the boat one day in September and will not run again til March. Don't want to take any chances on the fuel going bad so HOW DO I DRAIN THE FUEL FROM THE TANK?????? I know I can syphen it into a gas can, but is there any method that would be better. Thanks for any feedback. Also , what do I undo or take off to get the syphen hose into the gas tank????
Roger

Hiya,

Siphon hose right down the tank throat on port side. Will take a bit of length to do it, but once it is going, should not be too bad...

To try and drain the tank via another method, you would need take the tank out of the floor.

you might be able to use the fuel hose and use the bulb to drain, but that is a really really really slow...painstakingly slow...

Steve
