Location: Wausau | For those who fish until ice up, what precautions do you take while storing your boat outside for the night? I like to;
lower motor and drain access water (fuel stabilizer all ready added)
remove and store inside: rods/reels, electronics, foot pedal, misc personal items
prop open lids
drop trolling motor shaft and spray a little WD40
plug in chargers
cover
Any other cool ideas/tips to use?

Location: Madison Wi. Chain | Andy, I like to take the trolling motor in as well. To many times I had it freeze up. I will bring waders in case of ice or shallow landing and a small shovel to remove snow from the deck. BG |

Location: Cedarburg, Wisconsin | Make sure the livewell plumbing is dry as possible. If you have water in there it'll stop you from using the well the next day as it'll take forever to thaw. Not good if you are fishing suckers. |
