| Just got my new Slingblade in today, it looks awesome....feels lighter than the original too. I love the extended foregrip on the split grip model, that's a nice touch. Different guides too, they have a slight foreword slant to them, I guess to keep line from tangling around them on the cast? Very aesthetically pleasing as well, they did a great job on these. |

| The rear butt section is still a little short for my liking, but no one can deny how awesome these rods are. The Big Nasty split grip looks amazing.
What's with the triggers one some of the models? I don't know if it's just the picture, but they look like they're angled back.

I just sold my full cork big nasty for this reason...... I guess I dont understand why the split grip version has a 3-4 inch longer handle...
Much easier to cast with the extra leverage of the longer handle..
Would have liked the rod if it didnt feel so short.. |
