Muskie Fishing -> Fishing Reports and Destinations -> two things

Subject: two things

1. I agree with a previous post. There are many hits, but few posts. Everyone should make some effort with this situation.
2. fished on Teal Lake, east of Hayward, last week.
Zero hits, follows, or fish while fishing with the flyrod. Landed two, one on a little ernie and one on a topraider. That was my first on a crankbait. It is amazing how landing one increases your confidence. We had follows on Teal and Day Lake. What really made the week was the number of strikes, however several of the fish prevailed and we did not get them in the boat. Anyone else notice lots of strikes on a topraider, but not all strikes result in hook-ups? I realize that fishing after dark results in a different dynamic for the fish, but those hits are so explosive it makes for great fishing.
