Black streak remover, get it at walmrt in the rv section. Spray it on give it a minute and wipe it off. I took 8 months of scumm off my boat with it in 20minutes. It is fairy cheap maybe 5 bucks and i can wash boat 3-5 times with one bottle.

I have used the MaryKate product on my hull and it worked great. However, the stuff is strong...follow the instructions carefully.

Biocleen hull cleaner works great.

I use this product almost exclusively in my detailing shop. The Bio-Kleen line is very good stuff. Between Hull Cleaner and Amazing Cleaner, you need no other product to protect and keep your investment looking new.

Biocleen hull cleaner works great.

I know you asked for fiberglass, but pitted aluminum is much tougher to remove hard scale from. This product has a bit of an odor, but will do the job in a light application allowed to stand for about a minute or less .
