Location: Grand Forks ND | My fishing buddies were fishing a lake tonight I am hitting tomorrow. They said the water was much less clear than normal with lots of chopped up and floating pieces of weeds. They didn't see a thing and so I'm trying to figure out what to do. Anyone have any ideas while I'm still up tonight?
Thanks,
Brian |

Location: WI | Skip the topwater lures, or find an area where the wind has blown the floating weeds away. I'd fish a bright colored bucktail in those conditions. |

| You can troll with rod tips submeged in the water. the tips will collect the weeds and you can find a way to just grab the weeds off the tip without lure leaving the water. Unless in wisconsin |

| Move to fishing suspendos using jigs/live bait straight down next to the boat. Assume the thermocline is your structure, find pods of roving baitfish and fish those pods.
