Location: Minnesota: where it's tough to be a sportsfan! | Have a buddy that bought those orange with rubber dotted gloves that Gander had real cheap. They are like grabbing a doorknob covered in jelly.He wants to replace them. I haven't bought a fish glove since the original Lindy ones came out. Are there any really good kevlars out there that have good grip? |

| armor golves have nothing to do whit the lindy or kevlar gloves
try one like that you will like them

| I have used both types of glove. The musky armour ones are awesome. Really help you grip the fish so it doesn't end up getting droped. These gloves are not designed to stop a hook though..probably not teeth either. They protect your hand from the gill rakers. The lindy and kevlar are much less pleasant as far as fit and feel..but they are protection against hooks and teeth. |

| I'm sure the musky armour gloves are great, don't know what they cost, but I went with a rubber fingered and palm gardening glove I bought at Menards for $1 that work great. The backhand is nylon.
I've used them on a cold day when main gloves got wet and I would change back and forth while the propane heater was drying the un-used pair, I liked the $1 glove better |

| Never had anything but Lindys and the only prob, besides wear, is when they are wet they freeze solid. I leanred to keep wet fish gloves in a gal zip bag with a handwarmer. They won't be warm but at least you'll be able to put them on in freezing weather. |
