Well I got the go pro the other day but STILL not sure??????? I did a little video but when played back made me a little dizzy... I got the extra battery and a few 16 gig cards.. Not sure how long they will last with batteries yet. I do like they way everything snaps into place. the head part is very comfertable. If i go for the pov 1.5 how does this hook up to your head? any pics??? Thanks steve

Posts: 642 Location: Richfield, MN | From the research I am doing on the POV 1.5 you can pay $399 or $599 for the HD version. Also fron the limit research I have done so far there does not seem to be alot of variety of mounting options for the POV but I could be wrong as I know I need to spend more time searching the net for more info. But it looks like Amazon you can get the $399 version for $359 from the lloks of it. I have not spent much time looking at these as I have the GoPro due to state Basketball Championships this weekend. So I will be working on that issue this week to figure out what to do. The videos do look awesome tho Here is a link to there website http://www.vio-pov.com/ Edited by Muddy41 3/6/2011 8:54 PM

Posts: 279 | On the pov I saw they have a shoulder mount for an extra $69 which I think might be beneficial as it wouldn't show all the head movement. I have no experience with it just thought it might work nicely.

Posts: 32934 Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | Tons of options for mounting a POV 1.5 or the new HD model. I shot video today in widescreen using the 1.5. http://muskie.outdoorsfirst.com/watch.asp?id=3374

Posts: 6 | We shot some of the video below with the Go Pro HD Hero last year, including some of the underwater footage. Editing the large 1080p HD files is not for every computer program, as the big files sometimes make it sticky. But a pretty neat camera (note: you lose resolution below because it is uploaded to youtube, but in the original version on the computer the clarity is very good, as long as you have a good video card and editing program that is compatible). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nvFkFtbhves Josh Ketry www.redoctoberbaits.com Edited by trout_tapout 3/14/2011 10:27 PM
