I caught one 34 incher last summer on a blue tiger color. Only fish that ever showed any interest in the bait all summer. I didn't really use it much though.

Had two of them and ended up selling them both. I prefer other baits for shallow water applications.

I do not have one, and have never thrown one. I have been told they run too shallow. Then talked to a guy that said he liked the action of them. If anyone wants to unload one PM me as I have it on the list to try this year. One's enough though! thanks, Jake

It's a crankbait, they will catch fish just like every other crankbait. A believer would be more versatile with the 2 eyes and you can use them like a hawg wobbler too.

well al i can say is throw them.. we have almost won the hoosier classic last year(if we didnt loose 2 fish the last day only needed one 36 or bigger to win) the way we got them to work was to stick our TI 9ft rods and burn them in really fast over deeper weeds to make them turn the fish on.. so fish them they do catch fish...bill

Kriscos are made to run high in the water column. Most crank baits get too deep to run over high weeds or rock bars. These baits are designed to keep in the top 6 foot or less. I personally like them over the tall weeds. Big bait profile without the big dive most big cranks have.

Getting them down farther can be done with lighter line(50 to 65 pound). Keeping them up higher is easy. Keep rod tip up and use extra heavy line(80 to 100 pound).

These baits are extremely versitile and catch lots of fish. I worked the booth with Keith and Chad at the Milwaukee Show. Lot's of great feedback and storys all weekend. They are just another tool to use. Not many big cranks that till keep high while cranking them. Kind of like a big Believer but with more action and a tail if you get that style. Great after dark baits.........

Got a 44" on one last year. Well built baits, run true right out of the box, and nice hard wobble. As others said, depending on rod position you can get them to run 0-5 or 6 feet.
