I'm curious is the 7000I HSN a narrower reel than the 7000 C3?

I notice it holds much less line, but the spool looks just as deep.

Also a question for the guys who actually own and use them, how do they (new 7000 series) hold up?

7000 hsn is a narrower spool than a 5500 C3. HSN stands for High speed narrow spool.

I haven't found any line pick up info for the HSN. Anyone know how much line per turn it picks up?

One other thing.....I have heard of some people having problems with them. I would like to hear from someone who actually owned one and had a problem, and what the problems were.

According to Rollies 2010 catalog the reel picks up 30.7 inches per crank. (5.3:1)
