Posts: 582 | Saw these at the Milwaukee show. 8'3" heavy with a split grip in a very similar blue color to the legends by SC. I can't find much info on these. Are they new? Any thoughts on these for 150 dollars? looking for a good all purpose rod. 8'3" seems like a good size to fit in my truck.

Posts: 339 Location: Denmark | Awesome rods for the money, also check out the Pikemaster made by Reactionstrike, If you prefer a 2pc rod. I used to think Shimano Compre was the best bang for your bug's, that was before i tried an MI rod. But there are probably many other nice rods out there, just haven't tried them yet.

Posts: 1296 Location: WI | My MI rod seems kind of heavy, but for the price I paid ($100), I can't complain. I have the 8ft and I use it for everything from cowgirls to mag dawgs.

Posts: 964 | They are great rods. I use and sell all the top end pro bulldawg series from Musky Innovations. They have the top of the line Fuji Alconite guides and reel seats on them. In 3 years of beating the hell out of them I have never broke any eyelets or rods. I have sold all my other rod brands strongest rods I have ever used. If you are in the Madison area and want one shoot me a PM or email for a price on what you want. I can have them for the Madison show Thanks, Jeff Hanson madisonmuskyguide.com

I saw them on friday at the show and decided to pick one up Saturday. Seems like a nice rod and much lighter than i would have expected. Now i think i have at least one rod from all the major players.
