The first question I would ask is what rod do you intend to use with them? This can make a big difference if you are limited in your rod options that you'll be using.

First muskie I ever hooked came on a magnum bulldawg. I love the things, they're extremely versatile. I love the cisco color because it's bright but still very natural, and you can't go wrong with walleye with an orange or white tail. I bought a couple pounders last year, but I didn't have a rod to throw them on so i sold them. This year I'm upgrading to the St. Croix Big Dawg so I'll probably buy a couple more pounders to throw around.

I'd definitely get a Mag Heli-Dawg as one of them, my plain mag dawgs have mostly collected dust since I tried the Heli's.

These guys are right on, you'll wear yourself out throwing pounders without the proper equipment, I tried it a little last fall and my elbow paid the price. Got a XXH TI rod now and I can feel how much better/easier it's gonna be to throw them.

As far as colors, I really like the cisco color too, as well as sucker. If I was just picking two I'd go with cisco and black/orange tail or something with alot of contrast between dark and bright colors. Especially for stained water there's gonna be times where you want something highly visible. The cisco color has done well for me on stained and relatively clear water, at night too.

how stained? 3-4 foot vis or a lot darker? if it's 3-4 foot vis and you were going to get a few I'd get a walleye white tail mag pro dawg, a white belly orange tail walleye pounder and a black and orange tail mag.... hard to beat those in stained water

Stained water, go with a Creamsicle/Sherbet Pounder. and like others here,... a Walleye Pro Dawg always gets bit. White bottom lures see a lot of action during the season.
