I have a med/hvy, a mag and a super mag in this line and am impressed with all...I primarily use the med/hvy as they will handle about everything with ease and have excellent control...the mag is great for medussas, mag dawgs and the like...the super mag is good for pounders and extra hvy lures, also good troller...dont be afraid to buy these rods, best deal in the muskie rod world!!

Posts: 626 Location: S.W. WI | These are really good rods for the money. I have 2 and love the flex in the tip for casting but with alot of backbone for large lures and hooksets. Go to ebay and check out the feedback. All very positive.

Posts: 265 Location: Manitowish Waters WI | You get what you pay for, my friend had the 8'6 xh and immediately switched to a TI xh after trying mine. The price is nice if you are starting out and want to skimp on investing into a rod but for a relatively small price increase you can get something a whole lot nicer.

Posts: 567 | i have one and a friend has 3, nothing wrong with these rods imo. just like anything else, different opinions. i have tons of rods and use them all for different apps. some 60$ and some 300$. i was told once that they are built on musky innovations blanks, but i am not for sure on that.
