What time do boats leave and return? I am planning on fishing this weekend, but do not want to have to wait for or hold up the tournament guys.

Thanks,

Mike

Update from today. 16 fish caught with about 60 teams fishing. Biggest fish was 49.5. 1 team had 3 and 3 teams had 2. 11 Total teams caught fish. We were lucky enough to land one. Tougher bite these days on GB than in the past but still some fish being caught if you put in your time.

I am just wondering what the boundaries were for this tournament? How far in the bay were people allowed o fish.

Boundry was South of Long Tail/Point Sable. I think 7 or so caught today. I'm sure Jay will post the final numbers in the next day or so. About 13 teams caught fish with the winner catching 3.

Sounds like you were restricted to shallow water except for the River and shipping channel.

Yes you are right with the shallow water except for the channel. Most of the shad are out at the far edge of the boundary right now (they were checking GPS tracks and waypoints) and it sounds like it was a zoo with a lot of guys fishing there. I did not go out there as my boat does not take the bigger waves that well and I do not like the crowds.

I believe the 3rd place number of fish is wrong,
Jon and Jason had a 36, 46, 45, for total of fish.

how many did the first place team catch?

36 45 and 46.25 to be exact, if this 3rd fish we caught on sunday wasn't counted how does that effect our point totals or possible placement? Jay, is it possible to view the spread sheet?
