hey was just looking at this guy's website and the painting of his lures are second to none. Was wondering about getting some and was wondering if any of you guys have tried them yet. Not worried so much about the action as I am the life time of the lure. their made out of wood so I was wondering how long the paint holds up on them. Thanks

He does a great job with his clear coating. You should not have a problem. I have 4 or 5 in my small lure collection from him. Very nice lures and they work great too.

His SG8's ,9's and 10's are really GREAT,I'd start with one or so of those they have plenty of action of their own as well!!
