Anyone know any place other than Shimano themselves that sells replacement parts for the TE. I just need the plate that fits over the nut on the handle and the screw to hold the plate in place.

call Shimano and when they tell you they don't have that part in stock ask them to transfer you to a service technician. that's who I got mine from.
