| We had a guest bring this fish up to the boat on a hot n tot and light line in early June on Wabigoon Lake but he didn't have the proper net or cradle to land it so he released it without getting a measurement or pic out of the water.
The width of the head figured roughly as follows,
Hot n Tot crank bait body 4" long
The width of the fishes head in the photo that I have printed is 1 1/4"
In the photo the hot n tot is 3/4" long
1 1/4" (head width) divided by .75 (length of lure) = 1.66"
1.66 x 4 = 6.66"
Therefore the musky is 6.66" wide from one side of the head to the other.
If so how long is this fish?
Being computer dumb I am trying to figure out how to post the photo, hopefully I can "attach a file after posting"

Location: Eagan, MN | The lure is angled at the camera, producing a shorter than actual image. I'd say mid to high 30". |

| I wasn't in the boat with the fellow but he has been coming up here to Bonny Bay for years and every year including this year have caught numerous pike in the high 30's or low 40's as well last year he caught a 46" muskie.
So I am thinking that judging by how excited he was and he has regularly seen fish up to 46" that it could have been larger than 46". |
