| I am having difficulty transfering a few tracks from my iFinder Explorer to LMS334c.
A few weeks ago, I transferred the entire file from the iFinder to the LMS. Since that time I have added several useful waypoints that I would like to keep. Last night I was unable to access the main menu on the LMS and had to perform a soft reset to resolve. Upon completion of the soft reset I discovered that I lost my tracks and routes, but waypoints were preserved.
I would like to add the tracks and routes back in while maintaining my new waypoints. Have been unable to do so using EasyGPS software (get an error transfering the new file to the LMS - memory card / hard drive full). GDM6 software does not function correctly on my PC.
Any insight would be appreciated.

| Figured it out...
Had to delete stored waypoints before loading the new file with routes and waypoints. Discovered that I was nearly maxed out on waypoint storage. Will need to separate my waypoints and routes into a few different files.
The Easy GPSfile program works OK. |

Location: MN | Can icons be stored in separate files on an sd card, or only waypoints? I'm near maxed out on icons, so was hoping to put icons from specific lakes each on their own file, and otherwise delete them form being available all the time. Then on the couple times we fish that particular lake we could upload from the sd card. Am I correct that this would then "allow" more icons on the few lakes that we fish more regularly? Thanks |
