I'm looking at getting a new boat, and this is on my short list.

Can someone tell me what the dimensions of this boat are on the trailer? (150 HP engine) Motor trimmed up.

I have 3 single stall garage doors. Each stall is 106" wide and 23 feet deep. The motor would have to remain trimmed up becuase there is a step up at the back of the garage that is about 4 feet wide.

You will not fit with your motor trimmed up even if you have a break away tongue. With my 1850 with a suzi 140, I have it all the way down in my garage (standard dimmensions except 1 18 ft. door) and the tongue broke and I have maybe an inch or two when the door comes down. Good luck great rig though. If I get time tonight, I get it measured up for ya.

I didn't know there were standard dimensions for a garage. I've had 20', 19', 22', and 23' deep garages. What is the standard depth?

I guess I could have someone come out and cut away the step up in that area. That way I could trim the motor down.

Why not have the dealership measure it out for you with the tongue broke away and the motor trimmed up (x") to get it over your step? Personally I think you are going to be tight. If I rember correctly whenn I had my 1750 fishhawk with the trailer the width of it was at its widest point 102". I had the benefit of being able to go through a double door to get in and out of the garage.

I tried that route, but the dealer I contacted didn't have any in stock. I guess I will have to continue to contact dealers.

I should have enough width. The 1850 is only .5" wider than the 1750.

I'm not set on the 1850 either. If the 1 foot shorter 1750 is the only boat that will fit, then I will have to go with that.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. My garage length is approx. 21'6" and with the boat on the trailer and motor all the way down and tongue broke, boat is approx 21'. I measured the boat on the trailer and I was by myself, but I believe it was basically 8' wide on my shorelandr trailer.

Hope that helps

Thanks Reuk. You're more responsive then the dealers!

The boat sounds like it will fit. I may have to cut a chunk of concrete out of the back in order to trim the motor down, but that shouldn't be a big issue.

Now if I could just find a used one. They seem to sell within the first couple of days of being on the market (unless they are overpriced).

Good luck! I really do like mine. It fishes really well and also works great for the family.
