Is the 620 just foot longer or are there any other major differences?
Also, assuming a 619 and a 620 had the same exact motor, how much more would you expect to pay for a used 620 over a used 619?

| the 2009's were the same from the consul forward. 20 longer in back. now it all depends on the year model as they under go changes every few years and not at the same time. for example - i was told the new 2010 620 has been changed for better deep water ride. you really need to ask what the differences are for the specific year.

| I'm look at a both used 2006 619 and 620.
Is there a noticable difference in the smoothness of ride?

Location: On the X that marks the mucky spot | I believe the 619 got it's face lift in 2007 (someone correct me if I'm wrong). You don't want the old 619, trust me. The 06 620 is faster then the 05 version, but it's not as good of a ride as the pre or post 06-07 models. It's still a nice boat, but the 08+ have a much better ride. |

Location: Otsego, MN | The 619 did get the face lift in 2007. I have been looking at these boats as well and as treats stated you want the post 2006 620. Or go back to the pre-2006/2007 620. |

| So I'm curious... Do you think the 2006 620 hull doesn't handle big water well? I've seen the newer hulls and deep keel on the 620 and I'm sure it handles rough water better than the older hulls but I've got to imagine the 2006 hull can still take on big water lakes fine? |

Location: Otsego, MN | Now I have never ridden in a 06' but know some who have. They have been a little dissapointed in the 06' hull and much prefer the newer 08 and newer hull. I know that the 05 and older hulls did just fine. The ride on the 06' is great but the problem comes from fishing in big water for example going into the wind with your trolling motor, and getting some water coming in the deck. The newer hull no problem. |

Location: NEW LENOX IL | I have an 07 620 and I feel it handles big water "fair" at best. I have a friend that has an 05 619 that i feel takes bigger water better than my boat. Looking at both hull bottoms ,his 619 has some deadrise "V" in the back where my 620 has a flat pad approx 4' long more like a bass boat. I feel my boat is pretty fast and you can actually feel it pop up on the pad but gets a little squirrley over 60mph. Also when I use the term big water I mean LK michigan with 2-3 footers .On the northern WI. lakes I think my boat feels like a mix between a Bently and a Ferrari.

Location: On the X that marks the mucky spot | I just fished out of another persons 06 620 today and it's the same as my other friends. It's more level fishing then the pre-06 620's but it doesn't take the waves as good. I've also noticed that you need a prop with a lot of cup to keep the nose from porpoising. One rig had a 225 etech and the other a 225 yami 4stroke. That being said it sure does fish nice.
