| Worrall advances to the third round, yet has no caught a fish with his awesome partner Beav.
I have to make some rule changes next year.....Some very good sticks caught muskies first round, one team even doubled and lost.
Well...rules are rules.....I guess some folks are lucky.[;)] |

| Call it what you will Mr Smith, but I didn't see any of our competition step up and kick our old asses. One of them even had to fish twice in the first round to get to us but he didn't even answer the bell in the second.....TKO.
You got a problem with us advancing then put the blame on the guys who didn't even wet a line, not the 2 old farts who were out there fishing in the rain.
You should really change the name of this post to 'Cady throws in the towel' and leave us old farts alone so we can rest up for the next round.

| Jason, next year you should seed the teams by the amount of fish they caught this year in the tourney, not on how far they went. This way, the teams that caught fish will hopefully get a higher seed.
Just an idea.

| One thing I just tought about was the seeding rule was good for the first round but for the next rounds I believe the number of points in previous rounds should be the factor instead of the seeding.
I would hate to lose next round by default to the sleeping bulls by default after having caught 3 fish in the previous rounds. |

| Personally, I feel if neither team catches a fish, both should be out; or a rematch should be in order, say 4 hours on the water within a week of the zero zero tie.
The whole idea of the event is to pair two teams, same day, any water one wishes, and whomever catches the most THAT day wins. That is what makes the contest interesting, and makes it possible for someone to have a better weather pattern or other event that allows one to win on water not anywhere NEAR as good as the other team's selection.[:bigsmile:] |

| I protest!!!! The old ones only could come up with 1 day to fish and I was not in town, while my partner and I were available ALL MONTH!!!! It's a sham!!!!! Besides, Worrell didn't even show on the day we were supposed to do it (Sat). I'm going to sit in my room and pout about it[:(] and take my suick and go home[:blackeye:] |

| OH NO----- Mr Treats,the day selected was Monday. Look at the posts regarding the day selection. The attempt to get Beav to Tonka, which he could not accomodate, was not until the very last minute.

| I e-mailed Jason a few days ago, whining about being out of the match. I think I ranted about fishless teams advanced by default and teams losing interest or otherwise not meeting the committment to coordinate with their opponents. I suggested some changes for next year.
But, I didn't say anything about pitiful old fisherfarts.[;)] |
