Location: Scotland | Hi There,
There is not allot of off the shelf spinnerbaits available in the uk, I was wondering if you guys could recomend me decent spinnerbaits in the 1.5 - 3oz range.
I have some of the bigger Musky Machinery spinnerbaits, but i'm looking for more castable lures.
Suggestions are much appreciated

But now you have mentioned it, I will look tat one up as well!!!!!
I have someGrim Reapers coming thanks to psv, but i was hoping for a few other tips!!! save wasting money one the bad ones!!!! |

Location: In a shack in the woods | M/g by Lindy is in the range you're looking for. I think it's 1.6 oz. I've caught some nice pike by Minnesota standards on it. |

Location: Perryville, MO | I like Llungen Nutbusters. Llungen's surgical tubing prevents the need for a stinger. I also use Grim Reapers and Simms.

Location: Grand Rapids MN | Never used the cyco but funky chickens are great spinnerbaits. Most don't typically use spinners for reeling fast but these can handle speed without rolling sideways. Pretty weedless and they free fall without getting tangled up. I have a funky chicken, M/G, raddog, nutbuster willow, and one made by a guy from Bemidji called Kenkatch (sp?). Each one I use for specific purpose and they all work great. Can't go wrong with any of them.

Location: north central wisconsin | Alot of different spinnerbaits for different apps. Short arms for grinding, long for reeds, heavy weights for trolling and burning etc etc. Get one from a few different manufacturers with different wire lengths and blade configurations, and you'll see how each react in differing conditions. In addition to several mentioned above, I really like the GP Thumper Tackle spinnerbaits, as he customizes to my liking, and always puts my favorite trailer on each one.

His mainstay was spinnerbaits for a number of years, and now has shifted more towards big bladed inlines just due to popularity but still makes the spinnerbaits too. Take care. |

Location: Maple Grove, MN | I would recommend the smaller CJs spinner baits in skirts or hair. We catch a lot of big pike on them as well as a lot of Muskies. They are very easy to cast, stand up well, and are made with high-quality components. The 1 5/8 oz baits on the top should prove deadly for your big Pike.

Jason announced a little while ago that they are closing up shop on the spinnerbait building. It might be worth getting in touch with him and seeing (begging) if he would build you some anyway, but I'm not sure.
Otherwise, I've had great luck on Raddogs.
