hey guys, i was debating whether to invest in a lowrance 520c or the lowrance 334c igps. wanted to see if any of you out there use either of these graphs, and what you thought about them. of these graphs, which one would I be better off with? to me, they look about the same. thanks!

Yes, they are about the same. The 334C igps was replaced by the 522C igps. The 520C will have a better display resolution of 480 x 480 versus the 334C igps with only a 320 x 240. I also know the first 334C igps's had some issues, since they were the first units out with the internal gps puck.

I would highly suggest the 520C, that's a proven unit and you have the external gps puck. You can always replace the puck if it goes out, you can't replace the puck in the 334C igps because it's built in.
