I'll be spending a week at Bond Falls Flowage in the western UP soon. I hear there's muskies there, but don't have any details. Anyone have any tips on that lake? Thanks.

Stained water with moderate visibility.Have had better success with natural colors:however black bucktails with orange blades have been a producer.

The deeper edges of points and rock bars are a good place to start. The dam area, especially the rip rap can be hot if the wind is blowing into it.

Bigger fish relate to the river channel.

The Slammer three peice topwater in the hog wobbler style works well at night.

Long casts are in order as fish seem to spook off structure easily.

Not a numbers flowage- but some nice fish.
