Wondering if you guys think color patterns really matter all that much on surface prop type baits such as top raiders and thunderheads, etc. Are they really seeing the color or are they attacking the noise. Thanks

I think color matters because I've been the last guy in the boat before with a guide who had all of us throwing the same baits but different colors. My Dad was throwing a black Creeper in the front, the guide in the middle was throwing a green Creeper, and myself in the back was throwing an orange Creeper and I was getting all the action. It seemed like my Creeper was bright enough for the fish to find.
