I really love all the artists on this site that appear to use netting and a final spray of gold or silver over areas of the bait (Is that how it's done?). I'm having trouble finding those colors on the createx site (Unless they are the pearlized gold, silver, and copper). I'm new at airbrushing and am incrdibly impressed with all the painters on this site. Can colors be mixed to get gold/silver?

Thanks for your help.

metallic gold/silver, pearl gold/silver. The golds do not dry very fast so careful when using. Have a hair dryer or heat gun around just encase you get it to heavy. Yes netting

I use the pearlized gold/silver/copper from Createx. Roger is 100% correct on golds not drying very fast - I can't tell you how many times I ruined a scale pattern because I assumed I had given it enough time to dry and removed the netting and smudged the paint.
