Keith Eldrup would be the man you are looking for. He does not have a web site, but he frequently has them available on Ebay. I'm sure he will chime in here and give you his contact info.

The squirko is one of the best baits in my box. Gets them when nothing else is going!

And not to forget, probably THE toughest bait ever made. I am sure that in 10000 yrs, when archaeologist digs up our remains, jerkos/squirkos is one the things that will still be intact.
