Where can you find the PVC material to make a bump board? I check Menards and they didn't have it or I couldn't find it. Any suggestions?

We make our own for the IOWA Trail , I think we get sheets from a place in Sheldon or Cherokee. Fish the IGL's tourney or 3 day Tourney and get your own for $25.

You can also try the nearest graphics shop, or sign shop. A lot of times, that material is used for sign boards.

Sign shop. That's where I got mine. My father-in-law works for one so I was able to get mine for free but that should be your best bet.
