Will seafoam and stabil interact with each other? Can you run both of them in a tank of gas at the same time?

Hiya,

To be honest with you, there is no need to run both at the same time. Stabil is just a fuel stabilizer whereas sea foam has cleaning agents in it, but also works as a fuel stabilizer.

If you use your rig a bunch, running stabil in the tank is just throwing money away. Sea foam will help maintain the fuel system by keeping things clean, but IMHO running sea foam in every tank of gas is overkill. If you are using your motor to troll a lot, then the sea-foam will help keep carbon to a minimum....I could see running it every 3 - 4 tanks rather than every tank, then do a deep cleaning with it before you store it for the winter (if you live in northern states and cannot use your boat all winter)

I don't believe they interact in a negative fashion, so you should be safe there...
