Guys,
I just passed the 500 hr. mark on my Yamaha V Max 200... only changed the plugs twice, 2- Impellers( my fault) and changed the lower unit oil 4 times.

Never had any major problems with this motor in thr last 3.5 years
Only thing is I started at 72mph and now it will only go 67-68 mph.

Very reliable, and quick ...............Oh, I think putting in a can of Sea Foam in every tank of fuel helps keep the fuel system clean.

I loved my VMAX until water got in the oil reservoir and it died. Now I'm loving the 225 four stroke. I haven't been to the gas station in four trips on the lake!
