What size batteries should I get for my trolling motor? It is a 12 volt system and I run 2 batteries. I have 750 amp now but they are shot and need new ones. Also, thinking of getting Interstate batteries, are these ok. I was also concidering the Optima's but they are more than I want to spend, are they worth it?

Lot's of good choices out there but I am "pro Interstate". Have used them for years and to me they seem to have the best overall combination of price/value/performance.

What size? = put in the biggest overall size battery that will fit on the space it will be in. Group 24 or 27 for sure. See this link to the Interstate site:
