Subject: bald eagle lake

I've been out on bald eagle a lot with no success yet. But I just want some suggestions for fishing it that you have had success with. What baits have you had the most success on at bald eagle? I'm not trying to dig spots out of you but what type of feature do you generally target when fishing bald eagle? What type of weather have you had the most success on bald eagle?
