does anybody know why there site does not work for support I have a brand new unit to send in and I c an not even email them . anybody have an email address the one on there site goes nowere

I don't believe they give out an actual email address. They want you to submit an email using this form.

If you already tried that without succes, the 800 number on that page is probably your only other option. Of course they only have Monday through Friday, normal business hours that people man the phones.

If you call, the best time is at 8:03am CDT..Even then be prepaired to wait a long time.
