I was just wondering if anyone has ever or knows if you can call up the Musky Innovations company and ask for a specific color of a Dawg and they would make it for you? A color that hasn't been made yet.

I have some awsome looking ones I drew up.   Thanks!!

You could always just try buying a pearl white one and using sharpie markers to make your own color scheme.

I think you can order custom colors if I remember correctly, but it's a minimum of 50 to start off with. If you have something a lot of people may be interested in, you could have them all go in on it, but this may have changed. Your best bet is just to e-mail Brad from MI.

Not true, they look similar but the Super D doesn't have a glide like the dawg does. The Super D is a great bait that catches fish, but it isn't the same as a dawg.

A few years ago I had Brad pour 50 purple mag dawgs.
Yes the minimum was 50.
I had to cover the price for all 50 if they wouldn't sell.
I bought ten, and the other 40 sold on here in less than a week.
It took about a month to get the purple dawgs.
So if you want a custom color post it hear and see what kind of response you get to your color, if people are interested and you think you can move 50. than place the order. Mike

I think Andy from Shack Attack will also do some customs and may not have the high minimums. email him, I am sure he will work with you. I may have what your looking for too. Just got 42 SuperD stock colors ready to go.

The Super D Dawgs have 4 little glide wings on the bait and M/I Dawgs only have 2 and the Pro Dawg is a lot hvy then the Super D so I find that the S/D's glide better then a M/I Dawg. Also on the new Pro Dawg I find it is very hard to tune that bait.
