Location: Southern W.Va. | Go to a lawn mower repair shop and ask them for old , broken cable, used throttle cables. Remove the interior wire and then use a Dremil tool to cut the casing to the lenght you want. .051 wire will slide into the casing real easy, .062 will work but sometimes there is a plastic sleeve on the inside of the casing that might give you trouble with that size wire.
Works for me.

| wire feed welder liner works well, just stop by a welder shop they would probably have a few junk ones laying around |
