I'm looking for some recommendations for a family friendly lodge on the eastern half of Lake vermilion, plan on taking the wife, kids and another family full of kids up fishing the middle of August. The other guy is big on crawfish trapping so eastern side would be best I'm assuming?

Glenmore - located half way inside Pike Bay - very nice - owners go out of their way to make your trip memorable.

Evrett's Bay Lodge. This is the 3rd year I'm taking my family there.
Not fancy just a nice place. They have a pool that my daughter hangs out at.
The casino is right across the bay. At night there is a bonfire going.
and the owners Diane & Dave Are really nice peaple.
