With the weather getting consistently warmer, it’s got a lot of us starting to think fishing. The first PMTT qualifier of the year is just two weeks away on Cave Run Lake and it looks to be a good one. Besides the obvious that you get to go fishing when most of the rest of the musky country is still frozen over, the early spring bite on the Cave can be explosive at times and you could have a great shot at not only boating your first of the year, but a real good shot at a pig.
This tournament is always a great event in a great setting and the water has been warming with the better days and the usual Cave Run hot spring bite should be starting to kick in just in time for the tournament.
