Here is a picture of my 48.5 inch ski that I stuck at noon, had a few other followes between us and a 40 on for afew seconds at the end of the day. I hope it was slow up north also, Krappie and CiscoKId were on a numbers lake and I hope they report soon. Monday is a long wait.

This is a better pic of the 48.5 match fish. Will post the fine details on my weekly fishing reports on Pewaukee Lake, I update these reports on MY WEB SITE every monday night weekly, so you can see when the best time to fish Pewaukee lake is throughout the season. MIKEKOEPP.COM

Hey, That's a nice one!
It was slow "Up North".....Was out on the Cisco Chain and missed one(about a 40") around 1pm and missed a SLOB later that evening. Had a ton of follows the next day/evening(Thurs) but they just weren't ready to bust a move. One was so big I thought it was a log. It did that vertical thing....like a submarine. It was huge!! I'm definitely going after that one when I get back up for the tournament next weekend!!
Take Care,
Karen

Jason I wish I could have got out but after pounding all day Saterday and the kids wanted to buy me breakfast Sunday morning for fathers day it was easy to do. The honey-due list came after breakfast then to my parents for some more chores. The worst part of it was they live on the lake and had to watch people out there working over the horseshoe at prime time. I told the wife that im going to let-er rip this week and she said GREEN LIGHT!!!!!!

Great fish Mike and congratulations!! We blanked. I do believe we have the Cave Run Curse (cold front, cold, and rainy). We didn't mangage to get any fish in 17 1/2 hours of fishing! Managed to see a bunch with 2 hits. They just weren't moving all to well for us in the Northwoods. Congratulations again and good luck in the next round Mike!

Congrats Mike on the great fish!!!! It was a great time on the water with the bro despite the krappy weather that we had experienced most of the day on Saturday. LOL we had a drift sock out, and I think we still had a good wake behind the boat. The Krazy Kopke's were bundled up like two eskimos, and we gave her all we got, but that's how it goes sometimes. We moved a good share of the fish, but that doesn't win tournaments. The Cisco Kid and I had our chances, but failed to seal the deal. (I sure hope I didn't pass the curse of the failed hookset on my brother and buddy Frogger...well as long as I don't have it anymore.he,he,he)(Ah my buddy Frogger missing fish...that's a different story... I let him tell you about it.) Hey bro, we should have pulled up to Frogger's boat and rubbed our baits on him. It looks like he had the luck oozing outta him.he,he,
Good Luck in the next round. And keep nailing those fish!!! We'll be rooting for ya in the Championship.

Thanks Jason, Slamr and all involved for setting this tournament up. It sure was a blast!!!!

catch ya later,
Krappie
