| Looks like a bait from 'Wood On The Water'. They used to have a color ad in Rollies catalog. Jointed 'tapstick' perhaps? |

Location: menasha wi 54952 | Thats what I thought but this one is 2" shorter than anything I have seen from them. Maybe they made a "Baby" jointed tapstick? |

Location: Waukesha & Land O Lakes, WI | Rollies used to sell these and it might just be an old Tap Stick. Its not a Baby or a Magnum either, the small Tapsticks are about the size of two long pencil's with a joint. Here's the Magnum.
