I recently purchased a Plum Prism Shallow Raider about a month ago. I love the lure a lot but noticed that the lure wasn't running very good. Checked the lip and a chunk of it busted off.

I was wondering if there was a place to send this back to get it replaced?

Thanks,

I too had the lip break off of 2 of these lures. Took one to Rollies and they said it was my problem the lip broke. Bought a new one and cracked it that afternoon. 1 crack could be an accident, but 2 (now 3 with the post), there's something wrong.

Hopefully someone will see this and make a change. They're great lures that get a lot of action.

Brad

You can call Tom at bucher tackle at 715-479-8797. I bet he will ask you to send the broken lures back and then send you new ones like he does everytime there is a problem with any of Bucher tackle products their fault or yours.

Great service, wish they were all like that.

TM you said a mouthfull there. It's hard to find someone that puts out a quality product and has the customer service these guys do. My hat is off to Tom and Joe.

as true as can be: they stand for their products and will replace them if there is a fault. My jointed shallowraider lost all its lacquer on day one and Tom replaced it for me right away after I sent the default one back to the factory. The people at bucher tackle keep their promises.

Dido on all about Bucher Tackle! Tom will take care of you without a doubt. They stand behind their products and will do whatever is needed to correct a problem. Hard to find companies nowadays that can be relied upon like Bucher Tackle.[]
