Hello everyone, I'm new to the site and brand new to concept of muskie fishing. I'm going to attempt to attach some pictures I need help on. I make custom lures to fish the delaware river between Trenton and Lamberville for Stripers and sometimes the surf in NJ(hopefully I didn't just curse in this forum). It has been suggested to me that my lures seem more geared towards Muskie fishing than bass. Just wondering from those who know the beast agree with the suggestion. If so, I know of a lake close by known to hold decent size muskie I wouldn't mind trying for. Also I don't know if the colors suit the style or not. Any help would be appreciated.....thanks for reading.....

Also, are muskie strong fighters??

Anyways yes a musky will fight like a champ and your lures would probably work for muskies. Also black is probably the most popular color for topwater but any paint pattern works. Anyways you lures look nice!

I like them, I wouldnt think twice before throwing them, just make sure that the hardware is strong enough.

Good luck,
Alex

If you don't want them I'll take them off your hands and use them
Are they walk the dog topwaters?

Thanks for the replies. I appreciate you taking the time to respond.

to answer some questions:

(Muskerboy) You can either walk the dog or use a slow to fast retrieve.
(Alex) I'm not sure how Muskie baits are made but Mine are all stailess steel wired through with my own custom hook hanger design. and I use 4X VMC 9626 2/0 & 3/0 permasteel hooks. I made them so I wouldn't have to worry about them rusting out if I throw at the beach or losing a big bass.
(Demolish) would this color black in the pic below work or should it be solid black??

Very nice, The black pattern is awesome and should sell well. Do you sell by word of mouth or do you have a web site?

(Jerry) I'm in the process of building a website now. Time is my only enemy with that. So word of mouth would be the path. Though there is not much talking going on because of my newness.

Thanks for the kind words though. I appreciate the feedback.
