Posts: 816 | I'm selling some lures for my friend Nelson Brown of Central West Virginia. I've sold some of these on here and eBay before and have gotten a lot of good feedback on them. To my current count, these lures have caught 34 fish in the state of WV between 3 anglers this year. One of the fish caught on these lures (39" Jointed Crankbait) won one of the spring Chapter 9 Muskies Inc. state-wide tournaments. Another one, (Dropbelly Glidebait) has caught 6 Muskies this year, including one that was 42". These lures are made from Poplar, a strong, locally-found wood. Each lure is hand-made. They feature a strong clear coat, stainless-steel screw-eyes (that won't come out, I've tried) VMC and Mustad hooks, and strong, American-made splitrings. I've personally hand-tested each lure and they all run great. I'm not looking to take any trades for these, I'd prefer to just sell them. The prices don't reflect on quality at all, these lures are built just as well as any high-quality product that goes for three-times the price. Try one of these today, any of them will catch fish. I can take Money Orders, Cashiers/Personal Checks, and Cash. I'd like to have payment within a week of purchase. Shipping will be $3.50 per lure, but I will combine on shipping for multiple items. Please PM the number of the lure you're interested in, Thanks! Also, blemishes in pictures is poor flash technique on my part, not faults in the lures. http://i206.photobucket.com/albums/bb4/TheDawnOfTerror/342324.jpg 1. 7" Jointed: Firetiger: $6 2. 7" Jointed: Firetiger: $6 3. 7" Jointed: Bluegill: $6 4. 7" Jointed: Bluegill: $6 5. 7" Jointed: Redhead: $6 6. 7" Jointed: Black/White: $6 7. 7" Jointed: Black/Green: $6 8. 7" Roundnose Glidebait: Perch: $8 9. 6" Dropbelly Glidebait: Orange/Yellow Tiger: $8 10. 6" Crankbait: Sucker: $7 11. 6" Crankbait: Blue/White $7 12. 7" Dying Fish Jointed: Sucker: SOLD Edited by mountainmuskies 12/5/2008 2:10 PM

Posts: 816 | The 6"er's will troll. Actually, I forgot to mention this. The 6" Crankbaits will run consistently at fast speeds. I've never tried speed trolling them, but I have trolled them some and they won't blow out. You can crank them as fast as you can and they'll run as straight as ever. Typically, they run down to about 3-4 ft. casting if you burn them in, most of the time they run 1-2 ft. They don't run too shallow, like a surface crankbait, and they're heavy enough to cast on heavy gear. When I tested them the other day, I was using a 6'8" rod ranked up to 6 oz. and casting them to the other side of the river with ease.
