You want to know everything sound like you need a guide but what make you want to fish Cisco Chain? I fished at Mamie Lake a long time ago. Not much luck! Muskies probably always low in number but big fish! Throsand Island Lake should hold some big fish! Suckers and large jerkbait around rocks near deepwater, green weeds, around woods and near baitfish like ciscoes and perch/walleye. Suggest to get a good lake maps like Fishing Hotspots and do some homework before you go there!
Wish you luck and let us know how you are doing!
