Has any one tried these lures? I know my grandfather fished them, how are the modern ones? I bought a baby pikie ( pike colored ). Going to try it this sunday!

The lures work great! I like the striper pikie the best for trolling and the Husky for casting!! one thing you need to know, you need to put a coat of epoxy on them before you use them because the paint will come off, it's old and will flake. before I coat them I clean them up them use tooth picks to hold the hooks out away from the bait or it will stick to the paint and chip....
