I use Off with Deet. Works great.

Just remember to spray yourself down away from your screens of your GPS/locator units. The bug spray will eat the screens away.

Any brand with at least 25-40% DEET. Deep Woods Off has 25% DEET, I believe, and it works well for me.

There are some liquids (not sprays) out there with 100% DEET but I don't know how well it works. It comes in a tiny bottle.

With the 100% stuff, it's best to spray clothing and not skin. DEET's some nasty stuff. That's why I likes the Deep Woods Off mentioned above, you can spray bare legs & feet with it. m

There was a guy at the Palatine show selling some natural (Deet free) bug spray I think it was made with peppermint oil? Any body use or have an opinion? P.S. sorry to stray on the question.

FYI, do not spray it around your electronics. It will ruin your screen.

Best stuff aroud is made by Robinson Labs for hunting. It's called "No Stinkin Bugs" It has a red can and Gander Mountain or Sportsman Warehouse carries it. The Thermocell also works AWESOME!!

i've been using Repel with Lemon Eucalyptus and it works great keeping the mosquitos away.
i like it because it doesn't leave you sticky and smells nice (lemon) instead of like normal bugspray.
one limitation is that it doesn't keep biting flies away, i carry some Deet spray for the ankles on sunny black fly days.
