Will be on Vermilion this upcoming weekend. The focus will be on smallies and walleyes, but I'm sure we'll check out the muskies, too.

With the late spring what will they be doing and should the expectations be pretty low? Any particular kind of structure or depth we should focus on? Thanks.

Location: Duluth,MN & lake Vermilion
HEY TW,

Try some of the Big weed bays, they are all over vermilion, it is a very late spring up there. Also through some topwater, with the Ducks hatching, the Muskies are feeding on them right now. You should want to try to find warm water, Bottom line the muskies have to eat.. Also try open water if you can find suspended bait fish try that also.

Good Luck!

Take Care
