I decided to try Berkley Whiplash on a few rods, and noticed that the line is really, really green (in color). Does the color fade with use like Power Pro does?

I hope so...since most of me casts end up in the tree tops or on the bank I want to be able to at least see where I ended up....[:(] [:sun:]

A lot of it will come off while you are spooling your reels, be carefull this stuff stains. The wife still does not know where the green stipes on the sofa came from. Use a wet rag to pass the line through while you spool it as well wetting the line will pack it tighter. The rest will fade real fast. [:sun:]

It fades just as power pro does as time goes on.
