Who's fishing Muskies this weekend? Where you headed?

I'll be working on the boats, and getting reels, rods, lures and more ready for the Walleye opener...and waiting for the ice to finally melt.

so Slamr and i will be pulling out the light gear and breaking in the X190 while fishing the WI River for pike and bass.
we might even do some trolling for walleyes if the spirit moves us.

Might get out if the weather's good (Lisa works, so I'd have the boys along). Would probably be at Pineview if we do go. Might just run some Power Tune thru the motor and see if I can get some RPMs back.

I'm doing a kids fishing clinic on Saturday morning in Racine. Then the rest of the weekend will be spent putting a new fence up around the backyard. Winter did a good number to our existing one, and if I don't fix it this weekend, it won't get done until....... someone else does it. Best to keep the wife happy going into opening day.

I'm with you Joel,
Trying to finish some of the projects around the house. I tackled the bathroom this spring with a new tub and surround, I have to finish that project off....the wife is getting sick of the 4mil plastic surround. The winter took a toll on the deck with all the snow this winter the stain actually raised and peeled back, needs to get pressured washed and new face lift. I did manage to find time to get the boat together, a new head gasket and the lower end put back on and batteries charged. Now all I need is a second job to pay for the gas to fill the tank. I should be ready to attack Pewaukee on May 3rd with SANKs so listen to the "CUTTING EDGE" on 1250 am on Saturday morning. They give some great action reports from the lake.

See you on the water...projects can wait,

Bruce

I will be in the house working off the honey do list as well.  Forecast is for highs in the upper 30's and tomorrow we are supposed to get 2-5 inches of snow.  Sharpen a few hooks as well while staring at my lures and daydreaming!

Going to open the cabin and (hopefully not) kick all the winter critters out!! LOL...
in Iron county and checking some lake conditions out. If time permits, and everything looks ok from the winter, I'll be out in the woods looking for sheds and doing a little scouting (found some of my best hunting spots in April)

I too will be fishing the FRV Tourney this weekend with 5 of my close friends. We
have 3 boats prefishing tomorrow. Hopefully it will be better than last years FRV
and PMTT at the same time. The fish were spawning and not many fish caught. It
looks to be the same conditions. It will be great to be out!
