What was Tom Gelb's big fish caught on last year? For some reason I thought it was caught on one those custom blue depthraiders. I was reading the article in the new muskies inc magazine and it said he caught on a tuff shad.

It doesn't really matter, I am not trying to stir the pot - just a question.

The "Harley Blue Depthraider" fish came in 2006, last day of season. I beleive the fish Muskies Inc is referring to is another monster Gelb caught rowtrolling within the last week of the 2007 season.

cannot confirm the bait or the lake, but a rep of the fish is hanging at the shop I work at. When folks scoff at a 13" suzy, I hold one up to the fish.

The 2007 Fish was caught on a Tuff Shad in black. 8" I believe.
